It's hard enough to find a comfortable bra in store, let alone online! If you aren't happy with your full-priced purchase for whatever reason (maybe those purple and green ribbon bows clash with your skin tone) then you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. You can exchange as many times as you like, you never pay any additional postage or restocking fee and you never pay for postage to return items back to us (I know, we're generous like that).
However, be warned! Your return should be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. If you wear a bra for any length of time and then decide to return it, just consider if you would buy a bra that someone else had worn for the same length of time. Bras are like shoes - you can't wear them all day and then return them if they hurt your toes (the shoes, not bras...if a bra hurt your toes, you haven't put it on right).
Do I need to remind you that if you have to try on briefs, please try them over your own! Ok, I just reminded you. But it's worth repeating. Try on briefs over your own.
Don't swim in the swimwear if you want to return it. As for maternity bras, please use breast pads, you don't want to leak in a bra you're trying on!
Finally, any item/product bought with any discount code or during a sale promotion can be returned for a store credit only. Items cannot be returned for a refund unless it has a manufacturing fault. This means discounted items can’t be refunded for change of mind or if it doesn’t fit. But don’t worry, we will definitely find you something that fits.
Any clearance item marked as non returnable is non returnable, so if it doesn’t fit, please give it to charity. Speaking of charity, did you know if you make a $5 donation we donate a brand new bra or brief to charity for you?
And please note this returns policy is just for online sales. If you buy something in our store, the rules from the Australian Retailers Association apply, which state that you can return an item for a refund only if it is faulty.
Make sure you email us for a returns label if applicable. Then, re-use the envelope your item came in if you can, and put our returns label on the outside. If it arrived in a bag, just turn it inside out. (Can you tell we like recycling?) Returns are FREE in Australia and in New Zealand. That means they don't cost you anything. However, if we don't get your return, we can't refund you or process your exchange, so we can’t take responsibility for items lost by Australia post. For international returns, please post your items using a trackable method to your closest returns office.
You can return items within 365 days of receiving them. If you want to return a full priced item for a refund you have 90 days from the time you receive your order. That should give you enough time to try on bras with every dress in your wardrobe, show it to your significant other or to family members for unwanted opinions (best to spell out that you want compliments only). Ditto with swimwear, bridal, maternity, etc. After 90 days, you can return for a store credit.
If you buy online you can return it in store and if you buy instore you can return it by post. We like to flexible!
Please note though, our bra fitters do not use force to make you buy anything in store, so anything you have bought at our shop is returnable for exchange, not refund. There are exceptions of course, such as if you didn't actually try it on, if you require a bra to go under a dress that doesn't work, if it's faulty, if you are a bride or if someone bought you something as a gift.
Don't fret, pet! Ask nicely and we'll help you out ;-)
We are located at Bondi Junction, one block from Bondi Junction station. If you've never been to Bondi, come on down, you'll love it! You'll also love our store - we offer Nespresso (but not George Clooney, sorry)!
We are very professional and we can find your order just by psychic ability alone. Although a name does help...so don't worry, we'll find your order on our system. Please include the name you used to place the order and any other details that will help.
Just fill in the returns form that's included and use our returns label or our Reply Paid address to return your items to us FOR FREE. Just let us know if you want a refund or an exchange. If you aren't sure of what size you need, just tell us if the back was too big/small or if your cup is too big/small, and we can figure it out for you.
You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped. After that you will have to wait and receive your package, then send it back to us for a refund.
We'll let you know once your refund has been processed, and then sometimes it can take up to 5 days for a refund to appear in your account. Banks like to hang on to your money as long as they can before giving it back to you or something like that.
If you are in New Zealand, you get a free returns label. Just email [email protected] and we will organise it . We have a returns office in the USA, UK and Singapore so you will need to send back your parcel (not for free, sadly) to the closest address. Email us to notify us of your return and we will tell you where to send it. If all else fails, you can send returns to either our store at 155 Edgecliff Road, Woollahra, NSW 2025 Australia, OR, to PO BOX 666, Waverley, NSW 2025 Australia.
Just mark your package as RETURNS and it will magically find the right person in the office.
You can bring them in yourself, post them to the store, or post them to us using our FREE returns label. Either way, they will end up back in the right place, like a homing pigeon.
That means if you call us up with a sob story we will probably refund you. Especially if you are a single mum, you've just lost your job, or you broke a nail. Empathy is our middle name.
Too easy! I am just going to repeat what I said earlier here:
Make sure you email us for a returns label if applicable. Then, re-use the envelope your item came in if you can, and put our returns label on the outside. If it arrived in a bag, just turn it inside out. (Can you tell we like recycling?) Returns are FREE in Australia and in New Zealand. That means they don't cost you anything. However, if we don't get your return, we can't refund you or process your exchange, so we can’t take responsibility for items lost by Australia post. For international returns, please post your items using a trackable method to your closest returns office.
You can return sale items to the store for a credit not for a refund. The conditions of all our sales is that items can be returned for a credit only, unless the item is faulty. If an item doesn’t fit you, it doesn’t make it faulty.
Of course, just don't swim in it first.
Relax, we probably haven't made an error. We just don't refund postage, after all, our postman doesn't work for free, sorry!
Clearance items are usually sold at below cost price, so they cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If they don't fit you, you can give them to charity or you can return them to us and we can give them to charity on your behalf.
If someone thinks you need new bras and bought you one, then you probably really need new bras more than you need a refund. If someone bought you a gift voucher, or a bra as a gift, or you bought something for yourself with a gift voucher, you can only exchange it for another product or a store credit.
Sadly, our free returns service does not extend overseas. If you live in a tropical country though, we might be tempted to come and pick it up from your ourselves. Anyway, you can return for exchanges and refunds just like our Aussie customers. Just send it back to your closest returns office – we have one in North America, the UK and in Singapore.
The person who paid for the gift gets the money. If someone has bought you a gift that you don't like, you can exchange it for something you do like (always a good idea).
Whoah, hold your horses right there! If your product is damaged or faulty, please email [email protected] with a photo of your faulty/damaged item. We will see if we can get a replacement to you without you having to ship it back to us. Hopefully we can avoid all that delay and extra postage costs and reduce our carbon footprint at the same time. Yay!
