1. Orders & Deliveries
Orders can be placed online via our 100% secure shopping cart. You can also choose to order over the phone by calling us.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Storm in a D Cup can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.
Backorders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your orders at any time until they are dispatched. However, once an item has been dispatched, you need to return the item to us after you receive it. Once we get the returned item (in the same new condition in which it was dispatched), we will cancel your order and provide a refund minus our postage costs.
3. Prices & Payment
The price of items is the current price at time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted.
4. Returns and Exchanges (also see FREE Returns and Exchanges for detailed information)
Clearance or sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Items discounted or sold during a special promotion using any discount code can be returned for a store credit only. Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels attached and in any original packaging.
Clearance items cannot be returned for any reason.
Please note that some promotional codes may have a restricted usage, and may not be combined with other promotions.
